摘 要:针对整车开发过程中布置与造型相互冲突、反复修改的问题,提出了在车型开发概念设计阶段利用CATIA软件,采用正向与逆向两种思路对外后视镜视野进行分析校核与参数化设计的方法。研究结果表明:在整车开发概念设计阶段,使用正向与逆向相结合的设计校核方法能够为整车开发提供相应的设计布置参考依据,缩短造型设计时间,解决布置与造型间的相互冲突,可有效避免后期的反复修改,提高了设计效率。This paper proposes a method of using CATIA software to analyze and check the external rearview mirror field of view and parametric design in the conceptual design stage of vehicle development by using both top-down and reverse thinking in order to solve the problem of conflicting layout and styling and repeated modifications in the process of vehicle development.The research results show that the combination of top-down and reverse design verification method can provide a basis of reference for the design layout of the vehicle development,shorten the design time,solve the mutual conflict between layout and shape,effectively avoid repeated later modifications,and improve the design efficiency.
