碳纤维板材加固钢板拉伸与弯曲性能研究

摘  要:对采用碳纤维板材加固后的试样进行单轴拉伸与抗弯性能试验,获取有效的试验数据。单轴拉伸试验数据表明,碳纤维板材加强后,试样极限承载能力显著提升。基材钢板屈服之前,碳纤维板与钢板共同承担载荷,钢板屈服后,由于两者应变的差距,碳纤维板迅速发生界面分离或断股现象。弯曲性能测试数据表明,碳纤维板材加固后的4mm钢板与6mm基材钢板的抗弯性能基本一致,而其重量只是基材钢板的68%。The tensile and bending experiments of steel members strengthened by CFRP sheets have been carried out.The tensile experiment results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens strengthened by CFRP sheets are obviously improved.The CFRP sheet and steel plate can beer load together until the steel plate yield.Due to the gap between the strain,interface separation or broken strand take place quickly with the steel plate yield.The results of the bending experiment show that the bending properties are almost consistent between the 4mm steel plate strengthened by CFRP and 6mm steel plate.The weight of the 4mm steel plate strengthened by CFRP sheet is 68%of that of the 6mm steel plate.
