摘 要:随着机械加工行业的日益发展,对于各项技术的要求与标准也逐渐提高。为了保障内燃机的整体质量,对机体、罩壳等零部件都拥有严格的加工要求。在对零部件进行加工的过程中,除了主要表面与孔隙之外,还需要进行深孔加工操作,并且这项技术凭借自身的高效性和高精度已经成为一种特殊工艺,得到了广泛的研究与探讨。因此,本文针对枪钻技术在内燃机零部件深孔加工中的应用进行分析探讨。With the development of mechanical processing industry,the requirements and standards for various technologies are also gradually improved.In order to ensure the overall quality of the internal combustion engine,there are strict processing requirements for the body,casing and other parts.In the process of processing parts,in addition to the main surface and pores,but also need to carry out deep hole processing operations,and this technology has become a special process by virtue of its high efficiency and precision,has been widely studied and discussed.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the application of gun drilling technology in deep-hole machining of internal combustion engine parts.
