浅谈煤矿采掘机械液压系统故障分析及维护

摘　　要：液压设备广泛应用与煤矿采掘中。由于煤矿采掘的环境复杂,液压系统的油液易受污染,还面临着水的侵蚀等问题,因此故障的发生率也较高。本文第一部分介绍了采掘机械液压系统;第二部分分析了煤矿采掘机械面临的环境;第三部分探讨了采掘机械液压系统故障的类型及原因;第四部分提出了采掘机械液压系统维护措施。旨在为煤矿采掘机械液压系统运维管理提供一些参考。Hydraulic equipment is widely used in coal mining.Because the environment of coal mining is complex,the oil of hydraulic system is easy to be polluted,and it also faces the problem of water erosion,so the failure rate is also high.The first part of this paper introduces the hydraulic system of the mining machinery,the second part analyzes the environment of the mining machinery,the third part discusses the fault types and causes of the mining machinery hydraulic system;The fourth part puts forward the maintenance measures of the hydraulic system of the mining machinery.The purpose of this paper is to provide a unified reference for the operation and maintenance management of the hydraulic system of coal mining and excavating machinery.
