关于寒冷天气下柴油机启动及应对的思考

摘　　要：本文根据公司所在高纬度工作区域天气寒冷的实际情况,针对柴油机在冬季冷启动困难,长时间打火易造成起动机烧毁,蓄电池寿命缩短;急料运输时因车辆启动时间长耽误时间;气温骤降造成柴油凝结无法流动等问题进行分析,探索研究应对极低温度下冷启动困难的措施。According to the cold weather in the high latitude working area of our company,it is difficult for the diesel engine to start in cold winter,and it is easy to burn the starter and shorten the service life of the battery if it is ignited for a long time.During the transportation of urgent materials,the time is delayed due to the long starting time of vehicles.This paper analyzes the problems of diesel oil condensation and flow caused by sudden drop of temperature,and explores the measures to deal with the difficulty of cold start at extremely low temperature.
