摘 要:由于科技的发展,我国的机械加工水平近年不断提高,无论技术进步如何飞越,仍然新出现了一些误差,因此,为有效缩减这种误差,本文主要采取了以机械加工工艺技术的误差原因及控制策略为研究方向,加强了对机械加工工艺的相关工艺环节进行有效分析,有效增强加工的准确性,满足加工工艺的需求。在此基础上,结合产生误差的具体原因进行有效梳理,针对性采取专业的控制措施,这种控制措施的有效实施,能够在机械加工工艺中最大限度的减少误差,旨在为机械加工提供工艺帮助。Due to the development of science and technology,China's machining level has been continuously improved in recent years.No matter how technological progress is overstepped,there are still some new errors.Therefore,in order to effectively reduce this error,this article mainly adopts the error reason of machining technology.And the control strategy is the research direction,strengthen the effective analysis of the relevant process links of the mechanical processing technology,effectively enhance the accuracy of the processing,and meet the needs of the processing technology.On this basis,combined with the specific reasons for the error to be effectively sorted out,and targeted professional control measures are taken.The effective implementation of this control measure can minimize errors in the machining process and aim to provide technology for machining.
