摘　　要：目的分析《海军医学杂志》2015-2019年文献计量学指标的变化,以期提高杂志的学术水平、指导杂志的办刊方向与重点,及更好地为海军医学研究发展服务。方法采用文献计量学方法统计分析《海军医学杂志》2015-2019年被引指标(总被引频次、影响因子、影响因子排名、即年指标、他引率)和来源指标(来源文献量、平均引文数、平均作者数、基金论文比、地理分布、来源单位)的变化。结果《海军医学杂志》总被引频次在2015-2018年逐年升高,以2018年为最高(924次),2019年略有下降;影响因子2015-2019年呈逐年升高趋势,2019年最高(0.703);2015-2019年杂志在所属学科核心期刊中的影响因子排名逐渐升高,2019年排名最高;2015-2019年即年指标呈波动趋势,以2016年为最低(0.032),2019年最高(0.072);他引率2015年最低(0.85),2016-2019年波动幅度较小;2016年的来源文献量较2015年下降明显,2016-2019年波动幅度较小,趋势平缓;2015-2019年中文引文数逐年增加,外文引文数2016年较2015年升高明显,2017-2019年略有下降但幅度较小;2015-2019年平均作者数整体有所增加,但不明显;2015-2018年基金论文比呈升高趋势,2019年较2018年略有下降;2015-2019年文献来源地区分布及来源单位整体变化不大。结论《海军医学杂志》学术质量、学术影响力稳步提升,目前位于全国统计源期刊中上水平,但仍有一定提升空间。Objective To analyze the changes in bibliometric indicators of the Journal from 2015 to 2019,so as to improve its academic level,guide its orientation and focus,and better serve the research and development of naval medicine.Methods Biblio⁃metric method was used to analyze changes in citation index(e.g.total citations,impact factor,impact factor ranking,immediacy in⁃dex,other⁃citing rates)and source indexes(e.g.source literature quantity,average citation number,average author number,ratio of funded papers,regional distribution,source unit)of the Journal of Navy Medicine from 2015 to 2019.Results The total citations of the Journal from 2015 to 2018 increased year by year,with the citations in 2018 ranking the highest(924 times),and the citations in 2019 decreasing slightly.The impact factor increased year by year from 2015 to 2019,with the impact factor in 2019 being the highest(0.703).The impact factor ranking order of the journal in core periodicals of the disciplines from 2015 to 2019 gradually increased,with the ranking order in 2019 being the highest.The immediacy index of 2015-2019 displayed a fluctuating trend,with the index in 2016 being the lowest(0.032)and the index in 2019 being the highest(0.072).The other⁃citing rate was the lowest in 2015(0.85),and the fluctuation amplitude being the lowest from 2016 to 2019.The source literature quantity in 2016 decreased significant⁃ly compared with that in 2015,and the fluctuation amplitude from 2016 to 2019 being rather low,displaying a smooth trend.The num⁃ber of Chinese citations from 2015 to 2019 increased year by year,and the number of foreign citations increased significantly in 2016,as compared with that in 2015,and the number of foreign citations decreased slightly in 2017-2019,but only with a slight amplitude.The average author number on the whole increased from 2015 to 2019,but without obvious significance.The ratio of funded papers from 2015 to 2018 showed an upward trend,and the ratio in 2019 decreased slightly as compared with that in 2018
