摘  要:三电平双Buck逆变器多用于对逆变电压质量要求高的场合,有全周期和半周期两种控制方式,半周期控制比全周期控制系统损耗更低,但存在输出电压过零畸变问题。基于改善输出电压质量和最大限度地降低损耗的目的,建立逆变器的等效电路模型,分析逆变输出电压过零畸变的原因及其影响因素;采用半周期和全周期混合调制的控制策略,并提出一种根据最大允许畸变程度确定全周期调制最小区域的方法。最后通过Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真,验证方法的有效性;得出混合调制策略输出电压谐波含量为1.38%,小于传统调制输出电压1.41%的谐波含量,且全周期调制区域越大输出电压谐波含量越低。Three-level double-Buck inverters are usually used in occasions with high quality requirements for inverters’output voltage.They have two control modes including the full cycle control and the half cycle control.Half cycle control has lower system loss than full cycle control,but the output voltage exists the problem of zero-crossing distortion.Based on the purpose of improving the output voltage quality and minimizing the loss,the equivalent circuit model of inverter is established,to nalyze the causes and influencing factors of zero-crossing distortion of inverter output voltage.The half-cycle and full-cycle hybrid modulation control strategy is adopted and a method to determine the minimum region of full cycle modulation based on the maximum allowable distortion degree is proposed.Finally,Matlab/Simulink software was used to verify the effectiveness of the method.It is concluded that the output voltage harmonic content of hybrid modulation strategy is 1.38%lower than 1.41%of conventional modulation,and the larger the full-cycle modulation region is,the lower the output voltage harmonic content is.
