摘　　要：目前,测量应变都是采用惠斯登电桥测量方法,文中介绍了一种新的测量应变的方法,即恒流源驱动法。采用STM32F103C8T6单片机与恒流源驱动电路相结合,来测量材料拉伸试验中应变片阻值的变化量,以达到测量材料产生的应变变化量;并重点对恒流源驱动电路是如何进行测量应变片电阻的变化量原理进行了详细的分析,将实际测量的结果,通过单片机程序处理后,无线传输给上位机,供实验人员分析;同时也介绍了单片机外围控制电路的软硬件设计思路。实验证明它是一种具有显示、保存和通信等性能的智能测量仪器。At present,the measurement of strain is the Wheatstone bridge measurement method.A new method of measuring strain,namely the constant current source driving method is introduced.The STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer is combined with a constant current source drive circuit to measure the change in the resistance of the strain gauge in the tensile test of the material,so as to measure the strain change generated by the material;and focus on how the constant current source drive circuit measures the strain.The principle of the variation of the chip resistance is analyzed in detail,and the actual measurement results are processed by the single-chip computer and transmitted to the upper computer wirelessly for analysis by the experimenter.The software and hardware design ideas of the peripheral control circuit of the single-chip computer are also introduced.It is an intelligent measuring instrument with display,storage and communication capabilities.
