摘  要:针对智能一二次融合柱上开关的可靠性问题,提出了一二次融合柱上开关的智能化以及可靠性提升措施。在分析了开关原理结构及主要技术参数的基础上,推导了温度变化、电磁干扰等主要因素对开关可靠性的影响。通过选用温度系数更小的电阻、在互感器输入输出端增加滤波器等技术方案,有效提高了开关的可靠性。实验仿真结果表明,文中所提出的改进措施能够显著降低互感器的比值误差和相角误差,从而提升智能一二次融合柱上开关测量的准确度和工作可靠性。In order to solve the reliability of the switch on the primary and secondary fusion column,the intelligent and reliability improvement measures of the switches on the primary and secondary fusion column are proposed.Based on the analysis of the switch principle structure and main technical parameters,the influence of temperature change and electromagnetic interference on the reliability of switch is deduced.The reliability of switch is effectively improved by selecting the resistance with smaller temperature coefficient and adding filter at the input and output end of transformer.The experimental results show that the improved measures can significantly reduce the ratio error and phase angle error of the transformer,and improve the accuracy and reliability of the switch measurement on the intelligent primary and secondary fusion column.
