摘　　要：随着VoLTE的普及和5G的商用,运营商2G/3G逐步退网,针对2G/3G退网后的VoLTE异构网络,探讨VoLTE用户漫出境外运营商及境外运营商用户漫入Volte网络两种场景,对位置更新、语音和短信业务几种典型业务流程的解决方案提出建议。With the VoLTE popularization of and 5G commercialization, operators withdraw the 2G/3G network gradually. For the VoLTE heterogeneous network after 2G/3G network withdrawal, two scenarios are discussed in this paper: VoLTE subscribers roaming to overseas operators, and subscribers of overseas operators roaming to VoLTE network. Some suggestions are provided to the solutions of typical service processes, such as location update, voice and SMS.
