摘 要:针对某水泥厂区新建固废项目场平爆破施工环境复杂的情况,采用控制爆破技术和分区爆破方案。在施工过程中,为了减少爆破振动、爆破飞石对周边建筑物的损害,运用V形爆破网路、单孔分层间隔装药、有选择性改变地震波主传播方向等技术手段,辅以爆破振动监测,根据爆破效果及测振数据,验证方案的可行性和安全性。结果表明,爆破方案可行,无爆破飞石事故,爆破振动控制在安全允许范围内,确保了爆破施工顺利进行。In view of the complex construction environment of the flat blasting of a new solid waste project in a cement plant,the controlled blasting technology and the partition blasting scheme are adopted.In the process of construction,in order to reduce the damage of blasting vibration and flying rock to surrounding buildings,V-shaped blasting network,single hole layered interval charge,selective change of main propagation direction of seismic wave and other technical means are used,supplemented by blasting vibration monitoring.According to the blasting effect and vibration measurement data,the feasibility and safety of the scheme are verified.The results show that the blasting scheme is feasible,there is no blasting flying rock accident,and the blasting vibration is within the allowable range of safety,which ensures the smooth progress of blasting construction.
