摘 要:针对白马铁矿及及坪采场原设计矿石运输通道中矿石破碎站建设存在的问题,从经济物流的角度展开优化研究。首先结合采场排产情况分析了影响矿石破碎站布置原因及其优化的必要性;其次结合采场生产组织需求,采用移设费用补偿法,对及及坪采场现有矿石破碎站布局进行优化。通过移设步距优化,步距由40 m增加至60 m,矿石破碎站数量可由原设计10个减少至8个,经济合理,有利于后期矿石运输达到经济物流的目的。Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of the ore crushing station in the original designed ore transportation channel of Jijiping Stope in Baima Iron Mine,an optimization study was carried out from the perspective of economic logistics.First,the reasons affecting the layout of the ore crushing station and the necessity of optimization are analyzed based on the production schedule of the stope.Secondly,according to the production organization needs of the stope,the relocation cost compensation method is adopted to optimize the layout of the existing ore crushing station in the Jijiping stope.By optimizing the moving step distance,the step distance is increased from 40 m to 60 m,and the number of ore crushing stations can be reduced from 10 to 8 in the original design,which is economical and reasonable,which is conducive to the purpose of economic logistics for later ore transportation.
