摘 要:为了使深海采矿资源开发具有更高的安全性、集成性,针对现阶段国内外相关矿物处理技术的差距,对目前深海采矿矿物处理技术进行了深度剖析,提出了矿物脱水、矿物存储与转运、尾水处理3个重要子系统的概念,并对深海采矿矿物处理技术的未来发展趋势进行了研究。研究得出:安全高效的设备、绿色环保的理念、低能耗高自动化是未来矿物处理技术发展的重要方向,对深海采矿工程总体设计研发和工程实施均具有重要意义。In order to develop higher safety and integration of deep-sea mining resources,its mineral processing technology is different from land-based mineral processing.Aiming at the current gap in related mineral processing technologies at home and abroad,an in-depth analysis of the current deep-sea mining mineral processing technology is proposed.The concepts of three important subsystems of mineral dehydration,mineral storage and transfer,and tail water treatment are studied.The future development trend of deep-sea mining mineral processing technology is studied,and safe and efficient equipment,green environmental protection concepts,low energy consumption and high energy consumption are obtained.Conclusions such as the importance of the direction of safe and efficient equipment,the concept of green environmental protection,low energy consumption and high automation are important directions for the development of mineral processing technology in the future,which are of great significance to the overall design,development and engineering implementation of deep-sea mining engineering automation for future mineral processing.
