摘 要:钻井工程波动压力主要产生于管柱运动时的抽汲和激动,为有效解决高温高压等极窄钻井液窗口钻井安全问题,避免溢流和井漏,开展了基于Wellplan的抽汲和激动压力敏感性和工程调控方法研究,分析了钻井液性能、定向井轨迹、井筒与管柱、温度和压力等既定参数的敏感性影响以及按照两个方向(向上、向下)、三个过程(加速、恒速、减速)分析了运动控制参数影响,给出了工程随钻操作的方案,为工程钻前和钻中开展抽汲和激动当量控制提供了基于Wellplan的预测方案。The fluctuating pressure of drilling engineering is mainly caused by the swab and surge during the string movement.In order to effectively solve the drilling safety problem of extremely narrow drilling fluid window,such as HTHP wells,and avoid blowout and leakage.The sensitivity of swabbing and exciter pressure and engineering control methods based on Wellplan were studied.The influence of the sensitivity of given parameters such as drilling fluid performance,directional well trajectory,wellbore and string,temperature and pressure is analyzed,and the influence of motion control parameters is analyzed according to two directions(up,down)and three processes(acceleration,constant speed and deceleration).The scheme of engineering drilling-while operation is given,and the prediction scheme based on Wellplan is provided for swabbing and excitation equivalent control before and during drilling.
