摘 要:本项目通过分析陕北地区煤矸石的化学组成,根据煤矸石的特点设计煤矸石制备聚合硫酸硅酸铝铁PFASS的实验流程,结合室内聚合硫酸硅酸铝铁PFASS絮凝性能研究及评价实验方法,检验用煤矸石制备絮凝剂处理污水的效果,当废水pH为9左右时,废水COD和SS的去除率最高,絮凝剂的投加量为60 mg/L、絮凝时间为15 min时,絮凝效果最好,与其他絮凝剂的处理效果进行比较分析,得出用煤矸石制备的PFASS絮凝剂处理油田污水效果最好。In this project,the chemical composition of coal gangue in northern Shaanxi was analyzed,the experimental process of preparing polymeric aluminum ferric silicate PFASS from coal gangue was designed according to the characteristics of coal gangue,and the flocculation performance research and evaluation experimental method of polymeric aluminum ferric silicate PFASS were combined to test the effect of using coal gangue to prepare flocculant to treat sewage.When the pH of wastewater is about 9,the removal rate of COD and SS in wastewater is the highest.The flocculation effect is the best when the dosage of flocculant is 60 mg/L and the flocculation time is 15 min.Compared with other flocculants,it is concluded that PFASS flocculant prepared from coal gangue has the best treatment effect on oilfield sewage.
