摘  要:为了解决高温深井井壁失稳问题,采用有机硅降滤失剂、胺基硅醇抑制剂为核心处理剂配制有机硅钻井液,该钻井液性能稳定,在200℃热滚前后黏度、切力变化较小,网架结构在高温下不易断裂。三种不同密度的有机硅钻井液高温高压滤失量小于20 mL,露头岩样滚动回收率均大于90%,膨润土线性膨胀率均小于6%,其抑制效果与油基钻井液相近。当有机硅钻井液CaCl2含量为10%时,有机硅钻井液高温高压滤失量仍小于30 mL,表明有机硅钻井液具有良好的抗盐、抗钙污染性能。In order to solve the instability problem of high temperature deep well wall,the silicone drilling fluid was prepared with silicone fluid loss reducer and amino-silanol inhibitor as the core processing agent.The performance of the drilling fluid was stable,the viscosity and shear force changed little before and after the hot rolling at 200℃,and the grid structure was not easy to break at high temperature.The high temperature and high pressure filtration loss of the three kinds of organosilicon drilling fluid with different densities was less than 20 mL,the rolling recovery of outcrop rock samples was more than 90%,and the linear expansion rate of bentonite was less than 6%.The inhibition effect of the three kinds of organosilicon drilling fluid was similar to that of oil-based drilling fluid.When the CaCl2 content of the silicone drilling fluid was 10%,the high temperature and high pressure filtration loss of the silicone drilling fluid was still less than 30 mL,indicating that the silicone drilling fluid had good resistance to salt and calcium pollution.
