摘　　要：互联网和信息技术的发展和应用极大地改变了传统公共服务的供给方式。对社会而言,数字化的信息技术降低了组织运行成本,提高了组织运行效率;对老年个体而言,互联网技术和公共服务的相互嵌入提高了公共服务的可及性和便利性。但是,数字化公共服务也带来了一些社会问题,技术鸿沟使得一部分受教育程度较低的老年人很难融入数字世界。通过政府、家庭、社区、社会组织实施干预策略,可极大程度地提高老年人的数字融入能力。The application of internet and information technology has greatly changed the supply of traditional public services.For the society,the use of digital technology reduces the cost of organizational operation and improves the efficiency of organizational operation.For the elderly,the interpenetration of internet technology and public services improves the accessibility and convenience of public services.However,digitalized public services also bring some social problems.The digital gap makes some elderly and disabled people with low-level education difficult to access the digital world.Through the intervention strategies of families,communities and social organizations,the ability of the elderly to get integrated into the digital world has been greatly improved.
