摘　　要：网络技术具有自由、开放、平等、共享等特点,赋权功能明显;然而,作为一种可以被控制、利用的媒介,互联网又具有强大的社会控制功能。与传统硬性、显在的控制不同,互联网对社会的控制更为柔化、隐匿。借助“景观社会”理论视角,可以发现在全球范围内,互联网明显助推了景观控制现象,主要表现为控制更为隐匿、异化程度加深、景观扩张加剧等特点。追求公共价值、维护公共利益,是去“景观控制”的关键,在中国其具体路径包括:规制资本力量的消极作用,增强网络空间的公共利益指向;推进网民的公民化转向;凸显媒介系统的公共责任意识与公共精神。Internet has the characteristics of freedom,openness,equality and sharing and hence a certain empowering function.As a medium that can be controlled and utilized,the internet also has a strong social control function.Different from the traditional rigid and explicit control,the control of internet is more flexible and implicit.With the help of the theory of“spectacle society”,it can be found that the internet has obviously promoted the spectacle control,which is manifested in the deepening of alienation,the acceleration of expansion and the deeper concealment of control.The pursuit of public value and public interest is the key to removing the“spectacle control”.The specific path includes limiting the negative role of capital power to expand the public value orientation of cyberspace,promoting the citizenship of internet users and highlighting the awareness of public responsibility and public spirit in the media system.
