高效液相色谱法测定复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中氢氯噻嗪含量的不确定度评定

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中氢氯噻嗪含量,对测定结果的不确定度进行评定。通过建立数学模型,分析测定过程中不确定度来源及影响因素,分别评价各不确定度分量,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。在95%置信区间下,扩展不确定度为0.028 mg,复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中氢氯噻嗪含量可表示为(1.58±0.028)mg(k=2)。对测量结果影响最大的因素是对照品称量,应在实验过程中加以重点关注与控制。该评定方法为复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中氢氯噻嗪的含量测定提供理论依据。The uncertainty of determination of hydrochlorothiazide in Compound Apocynum TabletsⅠby high performance liquid chromatography was evaluated.The mathematical model was established.The sources and influencing factors of uncertainty were analyzed in the detection process,and quantitative uncertainty components were identified.The synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.The expanded uncertainty was 0.028 mg and the result of the content of hydrochlorothiazide in Compound Apocynum TabletsⅠcan be expressed as(1.58±0.028)mg(k=2)under the 95%confidence interval.The most important factor affecting the measurement results is the weighing of reference substance,which should be focused and controlled during the experiment.The evaluation method provides theoretical basis for the determination of hydrochlorothiazide in Compound Apocynum TabletsⅠ.
