摘  要:对某品牌客车的后防擦条外板模型进行分析,得到制品整体呈流线型分布,单浇口效果最好。对模具表面温度、注塑压力、保压压力、保压时间进行研究,得出模具表面温度90℃,注塑压力106 MPa;保压压力为注塑压力的80%,保压时间12 s时,N28258点和N27632点处的翘曲量之和最小。对该组工艺参数进行试验验证,得N28258点和N27632点处,没有明显翘曲现象,制品表面光洁,经卡规检测,卡规与制品间缝隙均匀,透光一致。By analyzing the model of rear abrasion strip of a certain brand bus,it is found that the whole product is streamline distribution,and the effect of single gate is the best.The mold surface temperature,injection pressure,holding pressure,holding time were studied.The results show that when the mold surface temperature is 90℃,the injection pressure is 106 MPa,the hold-ing pressure is 80%of the injection pressure,the holding time is 12 s,the sum of warpage at N28258 and N27632 is the minimum.The process parameters of this group were tested and verified.It is found that there is no obvious warping phenomenon at N28258 and N27632 points,the surface of the products is smooth,and the gap between the gauges and the products is uniform and the light transmission is consistent after the gauges are detected.
