摘  要:主要研究了纺丝级聚甲醛(POM)(MC90–F)与通用级POM(MC90)在热稳定性、结晶性能等方面的差异性。通过偏光显微镜、热重分析、差示扫描量热仪、表面醛和不稳定端基含量等测试方法,综合分析发现,MC90–F相比MC90具有更加优异的热稳定性,其表面醛含量和不稳定端基含量均低于MC90;MC90–F的结晶速度明显低于MC90,因此MC90–F纤维可进行高倍牵伸,实现高强聚甲醛纤维的制备,并应用于土工建材领域。The differences between spinning grade polyformaldehyde(MC90–F)and general grade polyformaldehyde(MC90)in thermal stability,crystallization properties and other aspects were studied.By means of polarizing microscope,thermogravimet-ric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry,surface aldehyde and unstable end group content,it is found that MC90–F had better thermal stability than MC90,and the surface aldehyde content and unstable end group content are lower than MC90.The crystalliza-tion rate of MC90–F is obviously lower than that of MC90,so MC90–F fiber can carry out high draft,realize the preparation of high strength polyformaldehyde fiber,and be used in the field of geo-building materials.
