摘 要:为了克服碳纤维表面活性低,极性差等缺点,使用氧化石墨经过改性和接枝合成了接枝聚合物分子链氧化石墨,使用电泳沉积的方法将碳纤维与接枝聚合物分子链氧化石墨通过范德华力进行连接。结果表明,改性氧化石墨将碳纤维强度提高至5.376 GPa,性能提高13.3%。不同浓度接枝聚合物分子链氧化石墨的分散液对碳纤维强度的影响不同,最佳浓度为1 mg/mL,该浓度的碳纤维拉伸强度为5.750 GPa,性能提高21.2%。高浓度处理会使碳纤维强度下降,当浓度为5 mg/mL时为4.594 GPa,性能下降3.2%。In order to overcome the shortcomings of low surface activity and poor polarity of carbon fiber,the grafted polymer molecular chain graphite oxide was synthesized by modifying and grafting graphite oxide.The carbon fiber was connected with the grafted polymer molecular chain graphite oxide by van der Waals force by electrophoretic deposition.The results show that strength of carbon fiber is increased to 5.376 GPa and the properties are improved by 13.3%.The best concentration is 1 mg/mL.Under this concentration,the tensile strength of carbon fiber is 5.750 GPa,and the performance is improved by 21.2%.When the concentration of carbon fiber is 5 mg/mL,the tensile strength is 4.594 GPa,and the properties are decreased by 3.2%.
