摘  要:表征了超细氢氧化镁(MH)的基本物理性能,并将其应用在聚氯乙烯(PVC)压延膜中。研究了氢氧化镁(MH)部分替代三氧化二锑后,PVC压延膜的阻燃性能、烟释放性能和力学性能。结果表明,采用MH部分替代三氧化二锑后,PVC压延膜的LOI值有所提高,烟密度明显下降;当三氧化二锑用量为2份、MH用量为4份时,LOI提高的幅度最大,烟密度下降的幅度最大;添加MH后,PVC压延膜的拉伸强度略有下降;当三氧化二锑为2份,MH为4份时,PVC压延膜的拉伸强度仅下降1.8%。添加MH后,PVC压延膜的密度和表面硬度都有所增加,增加幅度不大。SEM观测表明,添加MH后,残炭表面形成较多的MgO微球,提高阻燃性能,但添加MH过多时,会破坏残炭的致密性,从而降低了力学性能。The basic physical properties of magnesium hydroxide(MH)were characterized,and applied on the polyvinyl chlo-ride(PVC)film.The flame retardant properties,smoke production performance and tensile strength of PVC film were investigated when diantimony trioxide was replaced by MH partially.It is found that the limiting oxygen index(LOI)value is improved and the smoke density of PVC film decreases when diantimony trioxide is replaced by MH as the mass ratio of MH to Sb2O3 is 4∶1.When the MH is added into PVC film,the tensile strength of PVC film declines,and then the tensile strength of PVC film presents 1.8%decreases when the Sb2O3 is 2 Phr,and MH is 4 Phr.The density and harness of PVC film increases when MH is introduced into PVC film,with slight change range.It is observed by scanning electron microscope that a lot of MgO microspheres are formed,but it destroyes the compactness of char when too much more MH is added.
