摘 要:偏导射流伺服阀前置级结构形式对压力漂移有极大影响。根据前置级结构参数的计算公式及伯努利方程,建立简化后前置级数学模型。以某款燃油电液伺服阀为研究对象,着重分析劈尖、接受口内侧边、接受口外侧边及V形槽等结构非对称性的影响。采用数值模拟的方式对不同回油压力及不同结构非对称条件下的前置级流场特性和压力漂移进行了仿真研究。通过PIV技术进行了流场可视化实验,验证了数学模型及仿真结果,得到了该款电液伺服阀零漂最大的工况及大小,并对改善偏导射流伺服阀的零漂提供了一定的参考依据。The pre-stage structure of the deflected jet servo valve has a great influence on the pressure drift.According to the calculation formula of the structural parameters of the pre-stage and Bernoulli equation,a simplified mathematical model of the pre-stage is established.The research object is a fuel electro-hydraulic servo valve.It focuses on the impact of structural asymmetry such as the tip,the inner side of the receiving port,the outer side of the receiving port and the V-shaped groove.Numerical simulation is used to simulate the flow field characteristics and pressure drift of the pre-stage under different oil return pressures and different structural asymmetric conditions.The flow field visualization experiment is carried out through PIV technology,and the mathematical model and simulation results are verified.The maximum working condition and size of the zero drift of the electro-hydraulic servo valve are obtained,and a certain reference basis is provided for improving the zero drift of the deflected jet servo valve.
