妊娠期高血压患者血清apelin-13脂联素水平及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期高血压患者血清apelin-13、脂联素水平及其临床意义。方法将56例妊娠期高血压患者设为研究组,按照是否重度子痫前期分为重度子痫前期组与非重度子痫前期组,将50名健康孕妇设为对照组。比较研究组与对照组apelin-13、脂联素水平,比较重度子痫前期组与非重度子痫前期组apelin-13、脂联素水平。分析妊娠期高血压患者血清apelin-13、脂联素水平与体质量指数、血压等的相关性。结果研究组apelin-13水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),脂联素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。非重度子痫前期组apelin-13水平显著低于重度子痫前期组(P<0.05),脂联素水平显著高于重度子痫前期组(P<0.01)。妊娠期高血压患者血清apelin-13水平与血压及尿蛋白水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05),血清脂联素水平与血压及尿蛋白水平呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压患者血清apelin-13水平显著升高,脂联素水平显著降低,与血压及尿蛋白水平显著相关,有望作为妊娠期高血压的血清标志物,对临床妊娠期高血压的防治具有一定的指导意义。Objective To investigate the serum apelin-13 and adiponectin levels in patients with hypertension disorders of pregnancy(HDP)and its clinical significance.Methods Set 56 patients with HDP as the study group.They were divided into severe preeclampsia group and non-severe preeclampsia group.Set 50 healthy pregnant women as the control group.The levels of apelin-13 and adiponectin were compared between the study group and the control group.The levels of apelin-13 and adiponectin were compared between the severe preeclampsia group and the non-severe preeclampsia group.The correlation of serum apelin-13 and adiponectin levels with body mass index and blood pressure was analyzed in patients with HDP.Results The apelin-13 level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the adiponectin level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The apelin-13 level in non-severe preeclampsia group was significantly lower than that in severe preeclampsia group(P<0.05),and the adiponectin level was significantly higher than that in severe preeclampsia group(P<0.01).Serum apelin-13 level in patients with HDP was positively correlated with blood pressure and urinary protein level(P<0.05),and serum adiponectin level was negatively correlated with blood pressure and urinary protein level(P<0.05).Conclusions The level of serum apelin-13 is significantly increased and the level of adiponectin is significantly decreased in patients with HDP,which is significantly related to the level of blood pressure and urinary protein.It is expected to be used as a serum marker of HDP and has certain guiding significance for the clinical prevention and treatment of hypertension disorders of pregnancy.
