摘  要:为了减少试验,提高采煤机镐型截齿的使用寿命,准确预测镐型截齿三向力,文中采用了数理统计的RSM进行分析。为保证RSM应用的精确性,对镐型截齿进行试验并提取关键数据。为了研究截齿转速、切割角度及切割深度与截齿切割力的关系,采用RSM中的CCD法设计了20组试验,基于SAS软件在置信度为95%条件下进行试验数据拟合,得到切割参数与截齿切割力的关系式,并通过方差分析验证了该关系式的精确性。最后通过试验验证,表明基于RSM拟合的切割参数与截齿切割力的关系式能精确地预算不同切割参数所对应的截齿切割力,为优化接头切割参数提供参考并提高了切割力的预测准确性。In order to reduce the test and increase the service life of the conical picks of the shearer,and accurately predict the three-directional force of the conical picks,this paper uses the RSM of mathematical statistics to analyze.In order to ensure the accuracy of RSM application,the conical picks is tested,and key data is extracted.In order to study the relationship between the pick speed,cutting angle and cutting depth and the cutting force of the pick,20 sets of experiments are designed using the CCD method in RSM.Based on the SAS software,the test data is fitted under the condition of 95%confidence level,and the relationship between cutting parameters and cutting force of the pick is obtained,and the accuracy of the relationship is verified by analysis of variance.Experiments verify that the relationship between the cutting parameters and the cutting force of the pick based on the RSM fitting can accurately estimate the cutting force of the pick corresponding to the different cutting parameters,which provides a reference for optimizing the cutting parameters of the joint and improves the prediction accuracy of the cutting force.
