摘 要:基于摆线齿端齿盘的切齿加工原理,根据刀具、工件和产形轮在机床中的相对位置关系,建立了摆线齿端齿盘的齿面数学模型。利用齿面坐标计算软件求解齿面离散点的坐标参数,将齿面离散点的坐标参数导入Creo软件中,通过边界混合、布尔运算等操作,生成了摆线齿端齿盘的精确三维模型,为摆线齿端齿盘的齿面加载接触分析、齿面精密加工提供了理论模型。According to the crown gear and the workpiece in the machine tool during the gear cutting process,the tooth surface mathematical model of the cycloid coupling is deduced based on the cutting principle of the cycloid coupling,and the relative position and movement relationship of the cutter head.The numerical computing software is used to solve the coordinate parameters of the discrete points on the tooth surface.And the coordinate parameters of the discrete points on the tooth surface are imported into Creo software,the precise 3D modeling of the cycloid coupling is created by boundary blending,boolean operation and other operations.It provides a theoretical model for the loading contact analysis and precision machining of the cycloid coupling.
