膳食纤维素联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗2型糖尿病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨膳食纤维素联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月收治的92例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为2组,每组各46例。2组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上对照组给予膳食纤维素治疗,观察组给予膳食纤维素联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后血糖指标、血脂指标、血压指标及体重指数。结果观察组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的LDL-C、TC、TG水平均低于对照组,观察组患者治疗后的HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗3个月后的收缩压、舒张压、体重指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膳食纤维素联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片用于2型糖尿病患者治疗中,能够有效减轻体重、改善血脂代谢、降低内脏脂肪、改善糖代谢、提高胰岛素的分泌,值得推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of dietary fiber combined with bifidobacteria quadruple live bacteria in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 92 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was given dietary cellulose treatment,while the observation group was given dietary cellulose combined with bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria treatment.Blood glucose index,blood lipid index,blood pressure index and body mass index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The indexes of fasting blood glucose,2-h postprandial blood glucose,hBA1c and fasting insulin in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).LDL-c,TC,and TG indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and HDL-C indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and body mass index after 3 months of treatment in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary fiber combined with bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablets can effectively reduce body weight,improve lipid metabolism,reduce visceral fat,improve glucose metabolism,and increase insulin secretion in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,which is worthy of promotion and application.
