吡拉西坦联合尼膜同治疗高血压性脑出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析吡拉西坦联合尼膜同治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法选取2018年3月-2020年3月乌海市人民医院诊治的高血压性脑出血患者100例,随机分为对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例)。对照组给予尼膜同治疗,治疗组加用吡拉西坦治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后脑水肿体积、血肿体积、NIHSS评分和不良反应发生率,评估临床疗效。结果治疗组临床总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);2组患者脑水肿体积、血肿体积缩小,NIHSS评分均下降,且治疗组脑水肿体积、血肿体积较对照组小,NIHSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论吡拉西坦联合尼膜同治疗高血压性脑出血,可有效改善患者神经功能,减轻脑水肿和脑血肿,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of piracetam combined with nimotop in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Wuhai people's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and treatment group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with nimotop,and the treatment group was treated with piracetam.Before and after treatment,the volume of brain edema,hematoma volume,NIHSS score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The volume of brain edema and hematoma in the two groups were reduced,and NIHSS scores were decreased.The volume of brain edema and hematoma in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Piracetam combined with nimotop in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the neurological function of patients,reduce cerebral edema and cerebral hematoma,with significant effect.
