摘　　要：目的探讨口腔正畸联合盐酸米诺环素在慢性牙周炎中的治疗效果。方法选取2020年7月-12月赣南医学院第三附属医院口腔科收治的60例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组患者给予盐酸米诺环素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上联合应用口腔正畸治疗,治疗周期均为4周,比较2组治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用口腔正畸与盐酸米诺环素治疗慢性牙周炎具有确切的效果,同时安全性较高,值得在临床上进一步推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of orthodontics combined with minocycline hydrochloride in chronic periodontitis.Methods From July 2020 to December 2020,60 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to the Department of Stomatology,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used to divide them into a control group(30 cases)and observation Group(30 cases),the control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride,and the observation group was combined with orthodontic treatment based on the treatment plan of the control group.The treatment period was 4 weeks.The total effective rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Total incidence.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the probability of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of orthodontics and minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic periodontitis has a definite therapeutic effect.At the same time,the probability of adverse reactions in patients is relatively low,and the treatment safety is high.It should be popularized and applied clinically and further promoted.
