摘  要:为研制充电速度快且能满足工程应用的电磁铆接设备。基于恒流充电对电磁铆接设备充电系统进行数值分析、仿真和铆接试验研究。结果表明,采用恒流源,设定充电电流8A对8个电容以每两个串联后再并联充电到800V,充电时间仅需4.09s,相比传统8个电容全部并联恒压充电到400V,时间缩短近1/2,电容间电压偏差小于5%,能实现φ8mm1040铝铆钉的铆接,说明恒流充电可大幅提升设备充电速度且能满足小尺寸铆钉的铆接。In order to develop electromagnetic riveting equipment with fast charging speed and meet engineering application.Based on constant current charging,the charging system of electromagnetic riveting equipment is numerically analyzed,simulated and riveted.The results show that by using a constant current source and setting the charging current 8A,the 8 capacitors are charged in parallel to 800V after every two capacitors are connected in series,and the charging time is only 4.09s.Compared with the traditional 8 capacitors,the time is shortened by nearly1/2,the voltage deviation between capacitors is less than 5%,and the riveting of Ф8mm 1040 aluminum rivet can be realized,It shows that constant current charging can greatly improve the charging speed of the equipment and meet the riveting of small rivets.
