摘　　要：针对铸造工艺绿色设计的特性及需求,通过优化整合资源环境负荷数据资源,补充完善绿色属性数据,集成应用基础信息数据库、工艺场景数据库及绿色评价数据库,开发铸造工艺资源环境负荷绿色设计服务平台,完成与企业现有的PLM/CAD系统的信息交互与数据集成,实现铸造工艺绿色设计资源共建共享。According to the characteristics and requirements of green design of casting process,a green design service platform for casting process resource and environmental load is developed by optimizing and integrating resource and environmental load data resources,supplementing and perfecting green attribute data,integrating application basic information database,process scenario database and green evaluation database,Complete the information interaction and data integration with the existing PLM/CAD system of the enterprise,and realize the co construction and sharing of green design resources of casting process.
