摘 要:燃料管理是目前火电厂最直接最有效的降低成本的措施,而燃料智能化管控是指将燃料管控的各个环节,如入厂称重计量、采样、制样、送样、存样和化验、管理等环节由传统的人工方式改为自动化的实现方式,煤样全程无人接触,称量及采制化环节无人干预,确保煤制式样的安全。本文主要介绍了气动管道传输系统作为燃料智能化中的送样环节,其设备组成及工作原理,以及该系统如何与其他相关设备相连,如何实现自动送样和在火电燃料智能化管控项目中的具体应用。At present,fuel management and control is the most direct and effective measure to reduce the cost of a thermal power plant,and fuel intelligent management and control refers to the various links of fuel management and control,for example,the steps of weighing,sampling,sample preparation,sample delivery,sample storage,testing and management have been changed from the traditional manual mode to the automatic mode,with no one touching the coal samples throughout the whole process,and no one interfering in the weighing and processing steps,ensure the safety of coal pattern.This paper mainly introduces the pneumatic pipeline transmission system as the sampling link in the fuel intelligence,its equipment composition and working principle,and how the system is connected with other related equipment,how to realize the automatic sampling and the concrete application in the thermal power fuel intelligent management and Control Project.
