摘 要:微波铁磁材料是应用广泛的新型材料,其主要参数是共振参数。目前已有多款商用共振参数测试仪在使用,但量值溯源仍未解决,也少有研究。文章分析了目前共振参数测量仪原理,提出采用标准样片作为传递媒介的校准方案,并详细论述了样片的研制、筛选和测试条件,最后用实例进行校准试验证明方案的有效性。校准实例表明,谐振点磁场强度传递的扩展测量不确定度为:(4%~10%),共振线宽磁场强度传递的扩展测量不确定度为:(6%~12%)。Microwave ferromagnetic materials are widely used new materials,and their main parameters are resonance parameters.At present,there are many commercial resonance testers in use,but the quantity traceability has not been solved,and there is little research about that.This paper analyzes the principle of the resonance testers,puts forward the calibration scheme using the standard sample as the transmission medium,and discusses in detail the development,screening and test conditions of the sample.Finally,the examples are used to carry out the calibration test to prove the effectiveness of the scheme.The calibration example shows that the extended measurement uncertainty of magnetic field intensity transfer at resonance point is:(4%~10%),and the extended measurement uncertainty of magnetic field intensity transfer at resonance linewidth is:(6%~12%).
