摘　　要：从再制造工程角度,充分考虑工程机械液压泵再制造的拆解装置设计要求,构建二维/三维拆解模型,对拆解装置功能规划及典型拆解装置详细设计,建立虚拟样机,并对拆解过程进行虚拟实验,规划液压泵拆解装置操作规程,与传统人工拆解比较,验证其可行性、有效性。From the perspective of remanufacturing engineering,fully consider the design requirements of disassembly device for remanufacturing of hydraulic pump of construction machinery,build 2D/3D disassembly model,build a two-dimensional/three-dimensional disassembly model for the functional planning of disassembly device and the detailed design of typical disassembly device,build virtual prototype,and the virtual experiment of disassembly process is carried out,planning operating procedures for hydraulic pump disassembly device,comparison with traditional manual disassembly,verify its feasibility and effectiveness.
