摘 要:采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,从社会有机体结构中的经济、政治、文化三个维度探究我国体育国际话语权建构逻辑及新时代构建策略。当前我国体育国际话语权与综合国力及体育实力相比,存在一定程度的滞后与不对称,需从经济互利、政治互信、文化互鉴三个方面提升我国体育国际话语权。构建策略:扩大我国体育经济的国际影响力,开展第三方市场合作,实现好、维护好国际体育贸易共同利益;秉持平等合作的体育外交理念,展示我国体育外交政策引导下的可视性成果,继续拓展体育外交的广度与深度;尊重文化多样性,持续推进体育文化传播与交流,塑造话语认同与文化认同。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the construction logic of Chinese sports international discourse power and the construction strategy of the new era from the three dimensions of economy,politics and culture in the structure of social organisms.At present,compared with the comprehensive national strength and sports strength,there is a certain degree of lag and asymmetry in the international discourse power of Chinese sports.It is necessary to improve Chinese sports international discourse power from three aspects of economic mutual benefi t,political mutual trust and cultural mutual learning.Construction strategies:We need to expand the international infl uence of Chinese sports economy,carry out third-party market cooperation,and realize and safeguard the common interests of international sports trade.We should uphold the concept of sports diplomacy of equality and cooperation,show visible achievements under the guidance of Chinese sports diplomacy policy,and continue to expand the breadth and depth of sports diplomacy.We also need to respect cultural diversity,continue to promote the dissemination and exchange of sports culture,and shape discourse identity and cultural identity.
