摘　　要：以珠海市体育非营利组织为研究对象,从政府管理体制转型、非营利组织创新角度出发,通过对内卷模式、准合模式、依附模式、草根模式等非营利组织模式的改革与发展进行探索,旨在从一个新的高度和广度上对体育非营利组织进行探索,将具有深刻和深远的意义。This paper focuses on the development of non-profit sport organization in Zhuhai in terms of transformation of government ’s administration and innovation. It explores the mode of inner development,standardization,attachment and mode of ordinary organization. Based on the research of different modes and innovation,it aims to explore the development of non-profit sport organization both in depth and in scope.
