摘　　要：蹦床作为一个高难度、高风险、高质量的难美技能表现类项目,是一项新兴运动,对我国体育事业的发展有着很大的推进作用。运用文献资料法,使用知网、维普网、学校图书馆等途径查阅文献资料,对湖南省蹦床运动的发展情况进行调查;通过对湖南省现蹦床教练和参与蹦床训练的孩子家长进行微信发放调查问卷;将文献资料和收回的问卷进行整理研究分析,提出以下策略:1、培养高水平的年轻教练员,加强师资力量;2、加大对我省蹦床运动的投入;3、加强宣传力度,发挥名人效应;4、加强对基层蹦床训练的管理。Trampoline,as a high difficulty,high risk,high quality of difficult skills,is a new sport that has a great role in promoting the development of sport China. Using the method of literature and means of CNKI,WWP,school library and so on to consult the literature,to investigate the development of trampoline movement in Hunan Province. A We Chat questionnaire was issued to the current trampoline coaches and parents who participated in trampoline training in Hunan Province. The literature materials and collected questionnaires were sorted out and analyzed. The following strategies are put forward: 1. cultivate high-level young coaches and strengthen teaching resource;2. increase investment in trampoline movement in our province;3. strengthen publicity and bring into play celebrity effects;4. strengthen the management of trampoline training at the grassroots level.
