摘  要:现如今对高校学生的素质评价不仅仅局限于学习成绩,而是囊括了学习、实践能力、身体素质等方面的综合评价。运动人体科学对人体和体育运动之间的关系进行研究,使人们能够科学、健康的进行体育活动。研究将运动人体科学与高校体育素质培养相结合,旨在提高高校学生的体育素质能力,培养人才。实验结果显示,基于运动人体科学的体育素质分析模型可以很好地将学生的体育素质进行权重分类,并借此进行针对性的转向素质培训,此外通过对高校中的学生测试结果显示,参与测试的10名学生在接受实验前的运动损伤人数平均每周3人,而实验后的运动损伤人数下降至每周0.29人。以上结果证明,运动人体科学在高校体育素质能力培养中能起到关键性的作用,能够有效指导学生针对性进行素质培养,避免受伤,提高学生的体育素质。Nowadays,the quality evaluation of college students is not limited to academic achievement,but includes the comprehensive evaluation of learning,practical ability,physical quality and so on. Sports science studies the relationship between human body and sports,so that people can carry out sports activities scientifically and healthily. The research combines kinesiology with college sports quality training in order to improve college students’ sports quality and ability and cultivate talents. The experimental results show that the sports quality analysis model based on sports human science can well classify the weight of students’ sports quality and carry out targeted quality training. In addition,the test results of students in colleges and universities show that the average number of sports injuries of 10 students before the experiment is 3 people per week,After the experiment,the number of sports injuries decreased to 0. 29 per week. The above results prove that sports human science can play a key role in the cultivation of sports quality and ability in colleges and universities,and can effectively guide students to carry out targeted quality cultivation,avoid injury and improve students’ sports quality.
