摘 要:为了建立产品架构及其对应的生产组织架构,提出了基于模块化产品架构的跨企业适应性供应链网络构建方法。首先从结构相关和功能相关的角度建立产品零件间的相关度矩阵,将两个矩阵进行加权等到产品总的相关度矩阵,考虑已有供应商供应的模块,以模块度和匹配度为目标函数,利用遗传算法进行产品架构的优化,优化完成后得到产品的产品架构。然后基于产品各模块选择各模块的供应商,通过供应商、制造商、分销商、零售商、顾客之间的产品流、资金流等建立产品的生产组织架构。最后以转向架为例,通过相关度矩阵的构建和遗传算法的优化,得到转向架的产品架构,通过得到的产品架构各模块选择供应商,建立转向架的生产组织架构,证明了所提出方法的可行性和合理性。In order to establish the product architecture and its corresponding production organization architecture,a construction method of cross-enterprise adaptive supply chain network based on modular product architecture is proposed.First,we establish the correlation matrix between parts from the structural correlation and functional correlation,and then weight the two matrices to the total correlation matrix of the product.Considering the modules supplied by the existing suppliers,with modularity and matching degree as the objective function,we use genetic algorithm to optimize the product structure and get the product structure.Then we select suppliers basing on the various product modules,and establish the production organization structure through the product flow and capital flow among suppliers,manufacturers,distributors,retailers and customers.Finally,taking the bogie as an example,we get the bogie structure through building the correlation matrix and optimizing the genetic algorithm,select suppliers through the obtained product structure modules,and establish the production organization architecture,which proves the feasibility and rationality of the method.
