摘 要:目的探讨阴地蕨不同基原的无机元素特征,为其开发利用提供科学参考。方法采用ICP-MS法测定20种无机元素含量,同时结合聚类分析和主成分分析方法对其无机元素特征进行研究。结果两种基原药材无机元素指纹特征图谱差异明显,基于无机元素含量的HCA和PCA分析显示,两个物种可明显区分。结论本研究建立的方法可用于阴地蕨药材无机元素的含量测定;基于无机元素特征结合HCA和PCA的分析模型,可用于阴地蕨不同基原药材的快速鉴别。Objective To explore the characteristics of inorganic elements in different originals of Herba Botrychii, and to provide scientific reference for its development and utilization.Methods The contents of 20 inorganic elements were determined by ICP-MS,and the characteristics of inorganic elements were studied by hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA) and principal component(PCA) analysis.Results There were significant differences in the fingerprint of inorganic elements between the two species.The results showed that the two species could be differentiate by HCA and PCA analysis.Conclusion The method was a fast, accurate and reliable, and can be used for determination of inorganic elements of Herba Botrychii.and the inorganic element determination combined with HCA and PCA analysis could be used to identification of different species of Herba Botrychii.
