主动健康背景下我国体医融合服务框架的构建

摘　　要：近年来,我国制定和出台了一系列政策措施,加强体医融合和非医疗健康干预,大力推动全民健身与全民健康深度融合。推动形成体医结合的疾病管理与健康服务模式,发挥全民科学健身在健康促进、慢性病预防和康复等方面的积极作用。在此背景下,运用文献研究法和逻辑分析法从体医融合的理论前提、关键影响因素及体医融合的核心环节分析了体医融合的实质,即体育学与医学的理论融合是体医融合的理论前提;体医技术融合、体医资源融合、体医话语权融合是体医融合的关键影响因素;健康促进运动的安全性、有效性和可持续性是体医融合的核心环节。根据体医融合现状,构建主动健康背景下的体医融合服务框架,以期为完善我国体医融合服务建言献策。In recent years,a series of policies and measures have been issued to strengthen the integration of sports and medicine and non-medical health intervention,and promote the deep integration of national fitness and national health in China.It promote the formation of disease management and health service model of integration of sports and medicine,and promote active influence of the national fitness strategy on health promotion,prevention and rehabilitation of chronic diseases.Under this background,this study analyzes the essence of integration of sports and medicine from the theoretical premise,key factor and core issues of integration of sports and medicine by the methods of literature review and logical analysis.The theoretical integration of sports and medicine is the theoretical premise of the integration of sports and medicine.The integration of technology,resources and discourse power is the key factor,and the safety,effectiveness and sustainability of sports is the core issue of the integration of sports and medicine.According to the current situation of integration of sports and medicine,this study constructs the service framework of integration of sports and medicine under the background of proactive health.It is expected to be beneficial to the improvement of service system of integration of sports and medicine.
