摘 要:单元式建筑由多个功能相同的空间模块组成,在传统装修施工过程中往往会先选其中一个模块作为样板间来施工,为大面积施工积累方法和经验.结合具体工程案例,探索BIM技术通过创建虚拟样板间来取代实体样板间,为项目整体施工积累可复用的数据模型,从而实现成本、质量、进度三大管理目标效益最大化.Unit building is composed of multiple space modules with the same function.In the process of traditional decoration construction,one of the modules is often selected as the model room to construct,so as to accumulate methods and experience for large-area construction.Combined with specific engineering cases,this paper explores the BIM technology to create virtual model rooms to replace the physical model rooms,so as to accumulate reusable data models for the overall construction of the project,so as to maximize the benefits of the three management objectives of cost,quality and schedule.
