摘　　要：在成都市文化广电旅游局开展的星级乡村酒店复核检查项目基础上,以正常营业的41家星级乡村酒店为研究对象,从环境与建筑、服务设施、服务管理、品牌特色四个方面出发,共选取14个评价指标,构建成都市星级乡村酒店竞争力评价体系且利用SPSS25.0软件中因子分析法对各星级乡村酒店竞争力进行评价,分析各星级乡村酒店竞争力的差异,根据结果对各星级乡村酒店进行排名,进而提出针对性的对策与建议.Based on the review and inspection project of star-rated rural hotels carried out by Chengdu Culture,Radio,Television and Tourism Bureau,this paper takes 41 hotels in normal operation as the research object,and selects 14 evaluation indexes from four aspects of environment and construction,service facilities,service management and brand characteristics.The competitiveness evaluation system was constructed and the factor analysis method in SPSS25.0 software was used to evaluate the competitiveness.The differences in competitiveness were analyzed.According to the results,the star-rated rural hotels were ranked,and then the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
