地方高校成人教育服务区域经济社会发展的反思与策略--以四川文理学院为例

摘　　要：地方高校成人教育是提高人力资本素质的重要渠道之一.随着人力资本素质不断提高,对应区域的经济社会发展也将呈现崭新面貌.本文以四川文理学院为例,围绕地方高校成人教育与区域经济社会发展的关系、地方高校成人教育服务区域经济社会发展的现实意义等方面深刻反思地方高校成人教育服务区域经济社会发展的不足.基于此,提出高度重视成人教育、提高成人教育质量、加强成人教育师资队伍建设等解决策略,从而提升地方高校成人教育对区域经济社会发展的服务意识和服务效能.Adult education in local universities is one of the important channels to improve the quality of human capital.As the quality of human capital continues to improve,the economic and social development of the corresponding regions will also take on a new look.Taking Sichuan University of Arts and Science as a case study,this article firstly focuses on the relationship between adult education in local universities and the regional economic and social development,the significance of adult education of local universities in serving regional economic and social development,then deeply reflects the inadequacy of adult education service capabilities,lastly,from the strategic viewpoints of highlighting adult education,improving the quality of adult education,and strengthening the construction of adult education teachers,the effectiveness of adult education of local universities serving the regional economic and social development can be promoted.
