摘  要:湿法隔膜与干法隔膜对动力型锂离子电池的性能影响不同。在保证其透气度、孔隙率基本一致的前提下,对比使用湿法隔膜制备的电池与使用干法隔膜制备的电池性能。结果表明,湿法隔膜吸液能力较干法隔膜高80%;湿法隔膜25℃环境下倍率放电温升较干法隔膜2 C放电低约26.1%,3 C放电低约5.5%;湿法隔膜电池DCIR数据降低6.4%~9.0%;55℃环境下,干法隔膜循环350~400周、湿法隔膜循环510~640周容量保持率达到80%;当电池在95%SOC状态下室温搁置90天,湿法隔膜压降12.7 mV,干法隔膜压降14.8 mV;湿法隔膜性能优于干法隔膜。Effect of wet separator and dry separator on performance of power lithium ion battery on the premise of ensuring the same permeability and porosity.The performance of the battery with wet separator and dry separator is compared,which have almost same air permeability and porosity.The results show that the performance of wet separator is better than that of dry separator.The liquid absorption capacity of wet separator is 80%higher than that of dry separator.The temperature rise value at 25℃of wet separator is 26.1%lower than that of dry separator at 2 C discharge,and that is about 5.5%lower at 3 C discharge.The DC internal resistance(DCIR)data of wet separator cells decreased by 6.4%~9.0%.The capacity retention rate reaches 80%in dry separator circulation of 350~400 cycles and wet separator circulation of 510~640 cycles at 55℃.When batteries shelve at room temperature for 90 days at 95%SOC condition,the voltage drop of wet separator is 12.7 mV and that of dry separator is 14.8 mV.
