摘 要:为了开发高强细旦超有光缝纫线,本文阐述了纺丝冷却工艺、后加工工艺对产品质量的影响。结果表明选用3392喷丝板,纺丝温度在288~293℃,吹风距离为65 mm,牵伸总倍率为3.30~3.35、降低回缩比为0.928时,可以生产出断裂强度6.10 cN/dtex左右,断裂伸长率22.0%左右、膨松性能较高的0.89 dtex超有光缝纫线。To develop high strength fine denier super gloss sewing thread,this paper expounds the influence on product quality from spinning cooling process and post processing process.The results show that the fracture strength of about 6.10 cN/dtex can be produced when 3392 spinneret is selected,the spinning temperature is 288~293℃,the blowing distance is 65 mm,the total drafting ratio is 3.30~3.35,and the shrinkage ratio is reduced to 0.9282.0.89 dtex super gloss sewing thread with breaking elongation of 22.0%and higher bulkiness.
