高校博士生数据素养发展现状及提升策略研究

摘　　要：大数据时代,科研数据的价值得到前所未有的重视,博士生作为我国科研工作的主力军,加强博士生数据素养教育是实现我国高等教育强国梦的核心举措之一。文章在明确数据素养内涵与构成要素的基础上,基于国内外相关标准与政策分析,构建了面向高校博士生的数据素养评价指标体系,从数据意识、数据知识、数据技能、数据伦理与安全以及数据思维五个核心维度开展相关评估实践,对518名在校博士生的数据素养水平进行测度,分析目前国内高校博士生数据素养发展现状及差异,提出了相应的发展策略,以利于进一步改进与完善博士生数据素养教育活动。In the era of big data,the value of scientific research data has received unprecedented attention.As the main force of scientific research in China,strengthening the data literacy education of doctoral students is one of the core measures to realize the dream of strengthening China's higher education.This paper defines the connotation and components of data literacy,constructs a data literacy evaluation index system for doctoral students in colleges and universities based on the analysis of relevant standards and policies at home and abroad,carries out relevant evaluation practice from five core dimensions,including data awareness,data kowledge,data skills,data ethics and security,and data thinking,and conducts an evaluation of the data literacy level of 518 doctoral students.Through the analysis of the results,the development status and differences of doctoral students'data literacy in domestic universities are put forward,which is conducive to further improving and perfecting doctoral students'data literacy education activities.
