摘 要:对十字轴万向节联轴器的运动规律进行了分析,运用三维建模SolidWorks软件对十字轴万向节简化建模,运用数学解析法求得十字轴平面法线的运动轨迹方程;运用SolidWorks Motion软件对十字轴万向节中十字轴平面法线的运动轨迹进行仿真分析,通过对比仿真得到的仿真曲线与数学解析法得到的运动轨迹方程图,验证了数学解析分析结果的正确性,为十字轴结构优化与运动优化设计提供理论依据,同时在空间上,为十字轴万向节空间布局和传动安装提供理论参考。In this article,the analysis is conducted on the movement law of the cross shaft’s universal joint coupling,the 3D modeling SolidWorks software is used to simplify the modeling of the cross shaft’s universal joint,and the mathematical analysis is carried out to work out the motion trajectory equation of the cross shaft’s plane normal.The SolidWorks Motion software is adopted to simulate and analyze the movement trajectory of the plane normal in the cross shaft’s universal joint.The simulation curve obtained by means of simulation is compared with the motion trajectory equation diagram obtained with the help of mathematical analysis.Thus,it’s verified that the results obtained by means of mathematical analysis are correct.These results provide theoretical basis for the cross shaft’s structural optimization and motion optimization,and at the same time render reference for space layout and transmission installation.
